More about Logan...
With a background in real estate capital markets and development, I understand how projects are financed, how housing gets built, and how public policy impacts private investment. My professional experience allows me to evaluate development proposals thoughtfully and I support measures that both benefit our community as a whole and create long-term value for the city.

As a former board member of the Downtown Business Improvement District, I’ve worked directly with local businesses, property owners, and city partners to strengthen our downtown and surrounding business corridors. I’ve seen firsthand how smart planning, honest collaboration, and clear communication can revitalize neighborhoods, support a strong local economy and improve our quality of life.

I am running for Oshkosh City Council to bring practical experience, independent thinking, and collaborative leadership to City Hall. My focus is on housing that is affordable, responsible growth that strengthens our neighborhoods, and a transparent city government that works hard for all residents.

My approach to governance is centered around open communication and collaboration. By engaging with the community and advocating for their concerns, I aim to create meaningful and sustainable progress that benefits everyone and creates a Strong Oshkosh.
A Strong Oshkosh

Affordable housing, smart growth, and efficient government are complementary goals that together create a stronger, more forward-looking Oshkosh.

When housing is attainable, employers can attract and retain a diverse workforce, fueling local business growth and innovation.
Strategic and thoughtful development expands the tax base and creates jobs, generating the resources needed to meet the needs of residents. An expanding tax base allows us to invest in both infrastructure and community services while reducing the tax burden on current homeowners and local businesses.
At the same time, an efficient, responsive government ensures that public dollars are used wisely, processes are streamlined, and partnerships move quickly from vision to reality. Working in alignment, these priorities reinforce one another to build a more inclusive, competitive, and resilient Oshkosh for the future.
