About Logan...
Rooted in Oshkosh
Oshkosh shaped who I am today and I am forever grateful for that.
I understand this city not just as a professional, but as someone who grew up here,
has lived here, watched it change and cares deeply about its future.
My commitment to public service is grounded in that connection and
a belief that local government works best when it reflects the values
and needs of the community it serves.
Professional Experience
For more than a decade, I’ve worked in commercial real estate development and finance, partnering with municipalities across Wisconsin to advance community development goals. My work has been focused on the built environment—how housing, commercial space, infrastructure, and public investment come together to shape strong communities and drive responsible growth.
Through this experience, I’ve:
-
Worked directly with local governments on development projects
-
Helped create jobs and expand local tax bases
-
Navigated zoning, planning, and public approval processes with a collaborative mindset
-
Balanced private investment with public priorities
I understand how development decisions are made, how they succeed,
and how they sometimes fall short. That practical knowledge is essential
as Oshkosh plans for future growth.

Why I’m Running
Oshkosh is at a pivotal moment. Growth pressures, housing challenges, and infrastructure needs require leadership that understands both the policy side and the practical realities of implementation.
I’m running for City Council to bring experience, perspective, and a steady hand to city decision-making—focused on long-term outcomes, fiscal responsibility, and community well-being.

Oshkosh is my hometown. It’s where I was raised, where I’ve chosen to invest my time and energy, and where my wife, our rescue dog Mabel, and I have built our life—because I believe deeply in Oshkosh and its future.
I’m running for City Council to help build a stronger Oshkosh: one that plans ahead, grows responsibly, and respects taxpayers. With clear priorities and steady leadership, we can strengthen our neighborhoods, expand opportunity, and ensure Oshkosh remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family for generations to come.

Your support and engagement are vital for building a strong Oshkosh. Please connect and let me know what is important to you!
