Professional Experience

 

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in commercial real estate development and finance, partnering with municipalities across Wisconsin to advance community development goals. My work has been focused on the built environment—how housing, commercial space, infrastructure, and public investment come together to shape strong communities and drive responsible growth.

 

Through this experience, I’ve:

• Worked directly with local governments on development projects

• Helped create jobs and expand local tax bases

• Navigated zoning, planning, and public approval processes with a collaborative mindset

• Balanced private investment with public priorities

 

I understand how development decisions are made, how they succeed,

and how they sometimes fall short. That practical knowledge is essential

as Oshkosh plans for future growth.​​
